Although there was technically no host of the 2023s ESPY awards on Wednesday night, new ESPN employee Pat McAfee basically served in the role.
And that meant he had to roast a bunch of people, as is the tradition in ESPYs lore.
McAfee isn't one to hold back, as we've seen countless times on his show that's now coming to ESPN. So he spent much of the monologue he delivered roasting folks left and right, including a certain sports TV personality and an ex-NFL quarterback who had sued McAfee before the suit was withdrawn.
